Customer Portal Password Instructions
As you may know, DST Health Solutions’ company policy requires that users of the Health Payer/Administrator Customer Portal (customerportal.dsthealthsolutions.com) use a new password after a set time period has elapsed. The details of this policy are as follows:

All passwords will expire at the end of every other month (6 times each year); the Customer Portal will send you an e-mail notice alerting you that your current password is no longer valid.

To get a new password, you must reset your password yourself using a link on the login page of the Website.

You can reset your password yourself if you ever forget your current password, or find that for some reason your password does not work.

You may also change your Customer Portal profile, which includes your Security Question and its Answer.
Changing Your Customer Portal Profile
You can change your profile information for the Customer Portal, including both your Security Question and its Answer. To do this, do the following:

View the Customer Portal login page in your browser (customerportal.dsthealthsolutions.com).

Click the Click Here link.

Click the Update Profile button.

Enter your Customer Portal user name and password at the prompts and click Submit. (NOTE: If you do not know your password, use the procedure described above to reset your password. If you do not know the answer to your Security Question either, please contact your Customer Support representative.)

Enter or change your profile information, as appropriate, in the fields displayed. (NOTE: You cannot change your e-mail address, User ID, or your access to product tabs on the Customer Portal.)

Click Review to review your data.

Click Save if you are satisfied. Otherwise, click Edit to continue updating your profile, or click Cancel to skip making any changes.

If you change your profile information, you will receive the User Profile Updated message when your changes are successfully saved. Click Close to exit the page.
